Welcome to another conversation with my future skills, the podcast where I talk with interesting people about what skills we have and what skills we need to have to be present in the future.

In this episode I talk to Michael Gates. Michael is an associate Fellow at the Saïd Business School at Oxford. He is an internationally recognised teacher and writer on cross-cultural management. He is also the owner of his own consulting company CrossCulture where he is researching and spreading word on the intercultural and interpersonal aspects of communication, negotiation, leadership, and teams.

In this episode we talk about the layers and classifications of culture. How it forms and influences us, what makes up our culture, how many cultures we have and what has the power to change cultures.

I hope you enjoy the conversation just as much as I did. Here’s Michael on Culture.
